I use SelfPubBookCovers for all my books. This book is my 6th cover with them, I think. They have loads of artwork at decent prices to choose from. I particularly like the "favorites" feature that allows you to save covers you like so you can assemble a group of them and choose from those instead of (like other sites) going from the main list to different thumbnails on widely separate pages.
