Under no circumstances may any image or component thereof be resold as part of any clip art or stock art collection. You may not redistribute these images as brushes, .psd files, tubes or clipart. They are not to be offered for download from any site. Purchasing a membership grants a license to one person/one computer. You may not join for a group of people and share. They are not to be shared with non-paying members. Passwords are not to be shared. Membership will be cancelled and no monies returned if these terms are violated. Regarding using general images for scrapbook kits. You MAY use the images I offer in scrapbook kits (excluding the images in the scrapbook kits I offer). You can use up to 8 images in a kit as elements for commercial use and up to 3 images in kits for share or free. This is to avoid the mass redistribution by loading up a bunch of images in a kit with a paper or two and offering it for download for free. There will always be one or two in every crowd lining up to take advantage or get around redistribution rules. You may not bundle them up as clipart and sell them for designer resources. As always, you can use the images to create quick pages, papers, frames, tags, templates, candy wrappers or signatures without restriction. You cannot share these images with non-paying members (FOR ANY REASON). They are not to be passed around in tube groups. This is against my TOU. Any member found sharing images in such a manner will lose their membership and no monies refunded. It costs me thousands each year to create these images...I am not independently wealthy...this is my only source of income and I tend to take it seriously. Purchase of a membership is valid for one person/one computer.
